Key Responsibilities
|
To operate and assist in the general maintenance of the equipment in the processing plant.
To assist with the preparation, distribution and storage of resources and materials.
To assist with the upkeep of both stock and equipment records within the processing plant.
To inform the plant manager of any health and safety implications as and when they arise.
To assist with the preparation of ingredients.
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the processing plant.

Qualifications and skills
|
Certificate in Dairy Technology OR
Certificate in any of the following disciplines: - Applied Sciences (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biology), Food Science and Technology
Certificate in Computer Proficiency
Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of Constitution of Kenya 2010
